Yes! We do not have any age requirements.

A maximum of 3 passengers.

There are only 3 seats and 3 seat belts for passengers and everyone needs a seat. If you have a child under 2 years old they can sit on someone’s lap. Or else we would have to break the group up into two passengers and two separate flights.

Children under the age of two should be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, we are happy to accept walk-ins! You are welcome to come in anytime during our normal operating hours. Please understand that there are varying wait times for walk-ins depending on other customers who may be there before you. If you prefer not to wait, then please book your helicopter tour on our website.

All aircraft have weight restrictions and our helicopters are no exception. Our R44 helicopters have a 300 lbs per-seat limit, with a combined passenger weight limit of 600 lbs.

You do not need an ID unless you have a scheduled tour. Then, please bring all documentation of your scheduled tour as well as a photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.

The helicopter does have cabin heat. Therefore, dress accordingly as you can not take off you seat belt mid-flight to take off or add any additional layers.

Yes, although there are weather conditions that prevent us from flying. If we are unable to fly your tour due to weather we will work with you to reschedule. If you are unable to reschedule you will be issued a full refund.

Our flight ranges from flying around 2000 feet due to wildlife preserves and maintaining good faith for the animals that inhabit those areas, to about 500-1000 feet. We do our best to respect nature and residence along our flight path, without sacrificing great views of the Oregon Coast.

Yes, you are welcome to either reschedule or request a refund for your helicopter tour. We understand that sometimes life doesn’t go as planned. If you find yourself dealing with an emergency, then you will be given the option to reschedule. If we cannot find a better time that fits your schedule, then we will give you a full refund.

Yes, you are more than welcome to take your own pictures and videos while on your tour! We ask that no selfie sticks or similar devices be used during your flight for safety purposes. Also, all photography must be done while inside the helicopter.
